if you don't link any references, i will make up my own colors.
these are not commissions, and i will not be changing the colors or designs after they are finished!
yes you can link mech, gore, furry, porn etc
in this case fanart is okay, but please ensure the original artist has not expressly forbid the editing of their work
you can ask me for a specific size if you want to use the panel for twitter/plurk/etc
